Makeup
The allure of enhancing beauty is as old as recorded civilization and even makeup appears to have been around in society just about as long. Early Egyptians civilizations have shown an extensive use of eye makeup and lip rouges.
When it comes to makeup, many people do not realize that makeup is first and foremost about the skin. Keeping the skin hydrated and healthy is the first step to beauty for everyone. To accomplish that, the first step of makeup should always be moisturizing. Moisturizers make the skin smooth and soft, therefore preparing the face for makeupsetting a base, so to speak.
Once the base is set, the face becomes a blank slate for creating whatever effect is in mind at that moment. Adding powder smooths, blush sweetens, eyeliner pops and the list goes on. Less is always more in the case of making up the face. Subtle tricks bring attention to eyes or lips and give a splendid effect.
The goal of makeup use should be enhancement of attributes in order to create a full effect of simple, natural beauty. By keeping this goal in mind, makeup adds to attraction rather than becomes the focal point.
